Website terms
The purpose of these pages and the terms that need separate agreement for a real engagement.
1. Publisher and use of the website
Sasha Aink is the public name used by SASHA GJALT AINK for this independent interface-icon portfolio. Its purpose is to explain a proposed design service through original fictional systems, from the Netherlands address shown in About. You can inspect the boards and use a free local enquiry tool without a software subscription. These terms relate to that public portfolio interaction. They are not a product-development contract, a code repository licence or an agreement to implement controls in a live interface. Any commissioned icon work requires its own acceptance and scope.
2. Information and its limits
Navigation, utility and status sets describe possible icon-design subjects. They do not promise that any interface will become usable or accessible simply by receiving SVG files. A real brief needs the meaning of each symbol, the display context, target sizes and the labels that accompany it. Integration, keyboard behaviour, focus management and screen-reader announcements are implementation questions beyond the vector drawing unless expressly included. Confirm the boundary between illustration and product work so that a coherent icon family is not mistaken for a finished application.
3. Examples and illustrations
Wayline, Desk Tools and Signal States are original independent concepts for invented interfaces. The boards display a grid, outline treatment and labelled shapes, without presenting an operational workspace or a real product client. No usability study, conversion result or accessibility certification is claimed. The examples are useful for discussing optical balance and meaning, not as evidence of deployment. Preserve the concept description if referring to them. A link to inspect a set does not download a licensed software package or authorise copying the designs into a commercial product.
4. Enquiries do not send automatically
The website validates your name, reply email and message before preparing a draft. It displays the draft locally and offers an optional mailto link to [email protected]. No website submission, email delivery, booking, payment or reservation occurs when you press Prepare email draft. If you choose to open an email application, review its recipient, subject and body before deciding whether to send. The publisher cannot confirm receipt from the screen. Keep another appropriate route in mind if a matter is time sensitive.
5. Agreeing a project or service
An accepted icon assignment should identify the inventory, semantics, sizes, variants and file naming required. Agree the grid and optical rules, revision stages and the handover of SVGs or source files. Specify whether dark and light contexts, filled versions or additional sizes are included rather than assuming them. Availability, fees and schedule need confirmation for the actual count and complexity. Preparing a website draft neither starts design work nor reserves an implementation slot. Product development and testing need separately identified owners if they are part of the wider project.
6. Materials and permissions
Only supply materials you have a right to share for the proposed purpose. Explain ownership, licence limits, confidentiality needs and any restrictions on distribution before work begins. Initial enquiry text should remain brief and should not contain third-party private records, account credentials or unrestricted system access. Permission to discuss a project is not automatically permission to publish the material, include it in a public portfolio or sublicense it. Responsibility for checking supplied facts, obtaining necessary permissions and approving the final content must be assigned in the engagement.
7. Reviews, changes and acceptance
Review the family as a system as well as individual symbols. Feedback should identify a meaning, size or context that needs attention; consolidated instructions help distinguish an error from a changed inventory. New actions, extra variants or different optical sizes can extend the work beyond an accepted brief. Define approval stages and final acceptance rather than assuming all later additions are included. The portfolio offers no unlimited-redraw commitment, and a polished board does not establish compatibility with every interface framework or future design-system requirement.
8. Fees, purchases and third-party costs
No fee, stock price or paid subscription is quoted on this website. There is no shopping cart and no mechanism to collect a card number or payment credential. Any future price must be confirmed for the actual scope, currency, taxes and any applicable third-party cost before acceptance. A service provider, printer, installer, email company or software subscription is not automatically included in a quote merely because it may be relevant to the work. Do not make a payment to an address copied from an unverified message.
9. Use of authored material
The original vector studies are displayed to explain an approach. They are not a free commercial icon pack and do not transfer exclusive rights by being viewed in a browser. A real handover agreement should describe the files, permitted uses, ownership or licensing conditions and any source-file access. Rights in supplied brand elements and third-party assets also need confirmation. The locally supplied typeface has an included font licence of its own. That technical licence does not decide the rights in an icon system commissioned later.
10. Appropriate conduct and external services
Do not misuse the site to send threats, malicious code, bulk unsolicited messages or material you cannot lawfully share. The pages do not provide secure document storage or an emergency response channel. Your browser, network and email application operate under their own settings and terms; the publisher does not control whether they retain drafts or open a particular mail handler. A local diagram or concept does not certify compatibility with every browser, device, production process or external platform. Agree technical requirements relevant to the actual deliverable.
11. Corrections, disputes and mandatory rights
If you notice incorrect information or have a concern about a received service, describe the specific page or agreement and the correction or resolution requested. The published contact is [email protected]; opening a draft alone is not confirmation of receipt. These website terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections, data rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a commissioned service must also be considered against the actual accepted scope and applicable law. Changes to website wording do not silently rewrite a previously accepted agreement.
