1. Who publishes these pages

The icon portfolio is published by SASHA GJALT AINK, under the public name Sasha Aink. The address in the professional record is Goudsbloemstraat 127, 3V, 1015 JL Amsterdam, Netherlands. Information requests concerning the publisher may be addressed to [email protected]; that published destination is not evidence of an installed or always monitored mailbox. This policy describes viewing icon boards, creating an enquiry preview and choosing to correspond. There is no product login, software account or user-research panel behind the examples, and browsing requires no registration.

2. Information used while browsing

The website has no login, membership account, customer profile or application dashboard. Viewing a page does not require a name, postal address, identity document or payment information. A browser nevertheless makes network requests for the requested HTML, style sheets, fonts, scripts and images. Those requests necessarily disclose connection information such as an IP address, requested path, time and browser headers to the network and hosting providers serving the page. Ordinary network delivery should not be confused with the local enquiry fields described below.

3. Fields you choose to complete

A useful icon enquiry names the meanings you need, their intended interface context and approximate target sizes. The form additionally asks for a name, reply email, optional project field and message. Keep application passwords, private user data and confidential source code out of that outline. There is no repository connection or file upload on the page. A screenshot or inventory can be discussed later through an agreed route with unnecessary private information removed; the website does not need access to a live application merely to prepare an initial conversation.

4. What preparing a draft actually does

The enquiry code uses the values currently entered in your browser to make a readable summary. Required fields are validated and the chosen icon-set interest is preserved in the preview. No API receives those values, no issue is opened in a project tracker and no customer record is written by this form. The authored page does not persist the draft through cookies or local storage. Browser autofill and session restoration can separately retain fields under your own settings, so the preview is neither a durable project record nor a secure storage tool.

5. Choosing to open an email application

If you activate the optional email link, your configured handler is offered a mailto address, subject and body. At that point your mail application, rather than the icon page, controls any saved draft and the decision to send. Review the contents there before proceeding. The website cannot observe a successful delivery to [email protected] and does not open an external ticket or notify a development team. Declining the link leaves the enquiry as a local preview, with no automatic message sent in the background.

6. If you decide to correspond

If an enquiry is actually received, the information in that conversation can be used to understand the request, ask questions, discuss availability and keep a record of agreed instructions. A later engagement may require its own record of scope, approvals and invoicing, which is separate from this browsing tool. Information should be limited to people who need it for the conversation or service administration. This policy does not promise that every mail provider has the same storage location, security controls, delivery rules or retention behaviour.

7. Network services and measurement

The site is intended to be delivered through Cloudflare and shared web hosting. Cloudflare may process connection, security and performance information and may provide Web Analytics, email-address protection or network error reporting independently of the enquiry form. Hosting systems may maintain access and security logs. Such network features are not evidence that the website form transmitted its fields. The authored pages do not include advertising pixels, social feeds, remote video embeds, a payment gateway or a third-party form service. Fonts and example assets are loaded from local paths.

8. Purposes and appropriate grounds

Received information can support a discussion of an icon inventory, file handover and a possible assignment. The purpose is to respond to the request actually made, not to analyse private application users or recruit visitors into a mailing list. Appropriate grounds depend on the activity and applicable rules, such as requested pre-contract steps, administration of accepted work or necessary security records. Viewing the fictional Wayline, Desk Tools or Signal States boards does not authorise reuse of a visitor’s identity, product plans or message as promotional evidence.

9. Retention and practical deletion

There is no website customer account to close and no stored form submission to retrieve from a website database. A draft remains visible in the current page until changed, cleared or the page is closed, subject to browser restoration. Actual email correspondence can remain with the participants and their providers for the period needed to handle the enquiry, document instructions or meet applicable requirements. A deletion request should identify the conversation sufficiently to locate it. A specific universal retention deadline is not asserted for providers whose arrangements are outside this website.

10. Choices and information requests

You can review all SVG studies without entering a name or address. You may clear an enquiry or stop before the email handover if you do not want to share it. Where the publisher actually holds personal information, applicable rights can include access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection, subject to their legal conditions. Consent may be withdrawn where used. A request sent to [email protected] should identify the relevant conversation without including passwords or unnecessary identity scans. The portfolio offers no account profile whose deletion would erase records held by a separate mail provider.

11. Security, transfers and complaints

Use a device and network you trust. HTTPS protects transport to the website but does not make email an appropriate route for passwords, sensitive files or urgent instructions. Hosting, network and email services can process information in different countries under their own arrangements. The website does not certify every external provider or promise absolute confidentiality of an unsolicited message. If you believe information has been handled incorrectly, raise the issue with the publisher or the competent data protection authority. Nothing in this policy removes rights or complaint routes available under applicable law.

12. Updates and scope

This policy describes the static pages and local draft interaction as published on 3 November 2026. If a backend submission service, account system, checkout, mailing list or other materially different feature is later added, its information handling needs to be described before that feature is relied on. An external page or application reached through an ordinary link has its own policy. Check the displayed policy when deciding what to share. A date or future update does not retrospectively turn a locally prepared draft into a submitted enquiry.
